This West Coast-Style India Pale Ale is extravagantly hopped, full flavoured, medium bodied and copper coloured. A menagerie of hops is combined throughout the brewing process to impart specific characteristics. Hops used include Simcoe for a unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes, and Cascade for floral aroma.
Nora Luka Belgian Blonde / Bambule Brewery 6.3%

Light earthy or spicy hop nose, along with a lightly sweet pilsner malt character. Shows a subtle yeast character that includes spice, honey-like alcohol, fruity esters (commonly orange-like or lemony). Light sweetness that may have a candi sugar-like character.
WINE:
Moulin de Gassac Guilhem 2010 / France
Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Sauvignon blanc 12.5%
Stewed forest fruit nose with some wood influence, baking spice, thyme and a touch of florality.
Quite full bodied forest fruit palate showing slight grip. Mid-length finish.
Eloquenzia 2009 / Italy / Negroamaro 13%
Intense, warm, polished aromas. Slightly dusty, floral and wide red fruit. Palate is creamy-silky, fresh red fruit and light spice.
