Hey look ---->

Wednesday 17th August - DJ Sal Valentine  8pm - close

Thursday 18th August - "Stompin’ At The Golden Dawn"  8pm - close
DJ's Skinny and Near Mint bring you an evening of wailin', stompin' pre-war jazz played from original 78's, 45's and 33's! It's a never-before performed stunt, using ancient/restored record players from yesteryear for their original purpose: getting you damn kids up and dancing.

Check for some youtube clips to "moisten your whistle" so to speak!

Friday 19th August - Princess Chelsea & Pikachunes Farewell Show - $5.00
Well, it's finally happening. The two babyfaces of the Lil' Chief Records label are growing up and leaving the nest. The badass boyscout of electronica - Pikachunes - and the wide-eyed royal delinquent Princess Chelsea are off to America to seek fame and fortune for a while, so we're having a little knees-up this Friday to "bon voyage" them in style.

Joining these two will be fellow Lil Chiefers The Nudie Suits, making their Golden Dawn DJ debut! When I last danced up a storm to these guys doing their thing, my feet refused to stop until the sun came up.

Check them out from 8-11pm, followed up by DJ Murray Cammick from 11pm - 2am. I can never stress enough what a legend Mr Cammick is, and his record collection is literally
beyond compare! <-- that's the event invite

Saturday 20th August - Times New Viking (USA)
$10.00 (pre-sales only)
Entry 8pm.

Ohio’s brilliant shit-gaze upstarts are easily one of the best of today's lo-fi revival scene, winning fans and praise for their beautifully brash, creative, loud noise-pop. Geared up with cracking tunes aplenty from their much praised new album "Dancer Equired" (out on Popfrenzy), Adam, Beth and Jared bring the noise big-time live with their beautifully brash indie guitar pop.

Supporting Times New Viking will be Wilberforces (whose brilliant album Vipassana is out now) and the always excellent Ghost Wave, not to mention our favourite DJs Tony Tunes and Tina Turntables!

This gig WILL sell out! Get your ridiculously cheap and limited tickets from  www.undertheradar.cimes-New-Viking.utr

Sunday 21st August - DJ Automatic 5pm - late
If there's a good blues, rocksteady, soul or good-times tune that Automatic doesn't have up his sleeve, it's not worth sticking up your sleeve. Back at the desk after a few months of absentia, Automatic is ready and willing to augment your Sunday stew time with some soulful times to warm your cockles. Yummy x
